This technology is hands down my favourite for the past decade.

The king in home automation is Home Assistant -- from setting up wireless tuya devices to using Tailscale and remoting to a cgnat backend, all is effortlessly achievable.

Voice controlled blinds, lights, IR blasters, smart electricity plugs, and basically turning dumb devices into smart devices.

Based on the age of their domain name, they been around for 8+ years with me only recently being exposed to it by chance and i have to say i am rightfully chuffed.

I cannot wait to see what they do with it next year, and the community contributions, too.
