So i picked up my youngest from school. We get take away once a fortnight so she wanted Guzman y Gomez, she tried ordering thorugh their phone app and it errored out. I stopped and parked the car and tried it me self and same anomaly error. I took a screenshot of the obscure error the second time as a means to give them constructive feedback about the issue and how they lost a purchase.

We didnt wanna wait for a third drive through manual order so we went and ate elsewhere (read: local fish n chips shop); come home and later find out there's two pending Paypal transactions going through to these mexican restaurant. yay?

UPDATE:

second week now and gyg refunded one of the two non events, and not the other. At least paypal has my back and will issue it themselves but gyg can take their store credit and shove it where the sun don't shine as i have 'drama free' options: Amigos, Zambrero and Taco Bell.
